On Tuesday, July 24, water will be shut off from 9am untill 2pm in the City
of Columbiana for a hydrant and valve replacement. This area includes East
Friend Street from South Elm St. to James St., James Street from East Park
Ave. to Friend St. and Fitzpatrick Ave. All residences affected by this shut
off have received a door hanger. When water is re-instated a “Boil Advisory”
will be in effect for this area until test results are known.
